ABOUT ME

Jenny Q. Ta, a 3x founder veteran of Wall Street, is a self-made multi-millionaire and seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record.

In October 2022, she launched Web3VC Funds, later rebranded as WEAL28H Private Fund in 2024. This global consultancy draws from nearly a century of collective expertise in financial, legal, and strategic matters across the financial services industry. In July 2024, through WEAL28H, she became the sole backer of Tetherball (“$TBALL”) Super Utility Coin—the 1st AI-Powered Hybrid Meme-Utility Crypto-Payments. Initially listed on Solana (“$SOL”) at $10M, $TBALL has since reached a historic ATH of $13M.

Earlier in her career, Ta founded and directed Vantage Investments, an internationally recognized investment bank, which was successfully acquired. Prior to that, she was the founder and CEO of Titan Securities, a thriving full-service broker-dealer and investment banking firm, which she also led to acquisition in 2005. Overseeing assets totaling about $10 billion in today’s dollars across both firms and a subsidiary specializing in discount online trading at Viettrading.com, her leadership contributed to their significant financial success.

Beyond these achievements, Ta’s expertise spans Nasdaq market making, market analysis, and IPO co-underwriting, as well as reverse mergers and SPAC deals. Her deep understanding of the financial industry has solidified her reputation as a prominent figure in the space.

Leveraging her leadership in AI and decentralized technologies, Ta and her team navigate complex regulatory landscapes, including SEC, CFTC, and FINRA, while driving fintech innovation that seamlessly integrates blockchain, AI, and decentralized technologies. In addition to her success in finance, she has also excelled in tech and venture capital, founding VCNetwork.co and CoinLinked.com in 2021. Both ventures, designed to connect entrepreneurs with investors and bridge traditional marketplaces with digital currencies via blockchain, were acquired following their successes.
